Khatema is an ambitious and intelligent young girl born in 2003 in Kapisa province.
She lives with her parents, two brothers and one sister.
Khatema's father is blind and unemployed. Her mother is a housewife. Since 2016, UNACC supports Khatema and her family.
The family lives in a two-bedroom rental home at Hanzala Khil, Kapisa province.
Khatema is currently in grade 5 in Ghafar Khil High School. Her dream is to become an Engineer.
